I'm Jay, I design and make apps and stuff.

Here's a quick intro about me and what I love to do

My programming origins
I first stumbled into coding back in school when I discovered HTML — it felt like alien technology had just landed on my screen. One of my proudest (and funniest) early projects was recreating Kaun Banega Crorepati in Python and playing it with my friends. Best. Game. Show. Ever.

Finding My Way to Development
I started off in UI/UX design (still my soft spot btw). Then I picked up Flutter because, honestly, I didn't want to learn web and mobile separately. From there it was a slippery slope — databases, backends, deployments and the streak hasn't stopped. I'm still learning, still tinkering, still breaking stuff (on purpose… mostly).

Life Beyond Code
When I'm not coding (a.k.a. most of the time), you'll probably find me binge watching movies, anime, or random series. I follow sports too, though my “favorite sport” changes more often than my playlist. If all else fails, I grab a book — which I think is boring, but hey, apparently it makes me look smart. All of this usually happens with my favorite music running in the background.

These Days
Right now, I'm busy learning new things and trying to remember the old ones (spoiler: I usually forget). On the side, I enjoy watching the weekly AI battles — basically watching robots compete to take my job (which, to be fair, I don't even have yet).

UI Developer Intern
I developed multiple Flutter screens, focusing on smooth onboarding flows and user interaction. I integrated Firebase Authentication with role-based access for both users and admins. I also collaborated with designers on Figma to refactor modular Flutter widgets and created reusable components to keep the front-end clean and scalable.

App Development and Design Intern
I worked on designing 20+ Flutter UIs for Android, iOS, and Web workflows. I set up Firebase Cloud Firestore for real-time data sync and used Riverpod for efficient state management. Along the way, I made sure the team followed Git version control and Flutter best practices while building responsive and well-structured widgets.
